ADHD Kids Club was developed to empower kids with differently wired brains to build confidence and be accepting of themselves while learning skills that will support them in the following areas:
Emotional Regulation
Navigating Relationships
Perspective Taking
Planning and Prioritizing
We start by learning the basics, like how to recognize and identify feelings before becoming dysregulated, and then we introduce specific strategies and practice them with peers through a variety of engaging activities and games.
