Empower your child to navigate the challenges of ADHD with confidence and self-acceptance! ADHD Kids Club is designed to help kids with differently wired brains build essential skills while having fun in a supportive environment.

Skills we focus on:

• Emotional regulation

• Navigating relationships

• Perspective taking

• Planning and prioritizing

We start with the basics—like recognizing and naming feelings before they become overwhelming—and then introduce specific strategies. Kids practice these skills with peers through engaging games and activities.
