Building Focus, Confidence, and Emotional Regulation

The ADHD Kids Club is a small group program designed to help children with ADHD build executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, and social confidence in a supportive, engaging environment. Through movement-based activities and hands-on games, children learn strategies that help them manage challenges, stay organized, and connect more successfully with peers.

This program is strengths-focused and neurodiversity-affirming. We do not try to change who your child is. Instead, we help them understand how their brain works and build tools that support confidence, independence, and success in daily life.

What Is ADHD Kids Club?

The ADHD Kids Club is a structured small group led by trained behavior therapists and supervised by a BCBA. Sessions are designed specifically for children with ADHD profiles and focus on skills that support attention, flexibility, emotional regulation, and peer relationships.

Learning happens through games, movement, problem-solving activities, and real-world scenarios rather than sitting at a table for long periods. This keeps children engaged while practicing important skills in ways that feel motivating and achievable.

How ADHD Kids Club Supports Your Child

During group sessions, your child practices skills that help with everyday challenges, including:

  • Planning and time management
  • Flexible thinking and problem-solving
  • Managing frustration and big emotions
  • Using coping tools during difficult moments
  • Impulse control and self-monitoring
  • Collaborating with peers and building friendships
  • Self-advocacy and communicating needs

These skills are practiced in real time with support and encouragement, helping children feel more capable and confident both inside and outside the group.
