Owner, Chief Executive Officer
Casey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience supporting children with a wide range of learning differences and abilities across home, school, center, and community settings. Throughout the majority of her career, she traveled across New York City—never without a bag of toys over her shoulder—providing high-quality, individualized ABA services to children and families from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
As the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Saffron Therapeutic Services, Casey leads with a commitment to clinical excellence, ethical practice, and meaningful outcomes. She has extensive experience building and scaling services, developing strong interdisciplinary teams, mentoring clinicians, and creating systems that support both quality care and operational efficiency. Her leadership focuses on fostering a collaborative, compassionate culture while ensuring that programming remains child- and family-centered and rooted in evidence-based practice.
Casey is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based ABA services, and her approach is shaped just as much by her experience as a parent as it is by her years in the field. When she’s not working, you can usually find her hiking or heading out on new adventures with her family.
Clinical Director
Rachel Birger Tabachnik is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst in New Jersey with extensive experience providing ethical, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and their families. She serves as the Clinical Director at Saffron Therapeutic Services, where she provides hands-on clinical leadership and oversees treatment quality, supervision, and program development, as well as the day-to-day clinical operations of the center, working closely with organizational leadership to ensure consistency, excellence, and ethical practice.
Originally from Israel, Rachel earned her master’s degree in Special Education and began her career in ABA as a behavior technician while teaching in special education preschool settings. She became a BCBA in 2017 and has since worked across a range of clinical environments, including gaining additional experience in the San Francisco Bay Area before relocating to New Jersey.
Rachel is passionate about building strong clinical teams and delivering evidence-based, family-centered programming. She values collaboration, thoughtful supervision, and individualized treatment designed to promote meaningful, lasting progress for each child and family.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and dog, traveling, cooking, and exploring new restaurants throughout New York City.
Behavior Analyst
Elenita is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst with over seven years of experience supporting children and their families across school, home, and center-based settings. She earned her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Autism Studies from Felician University and has dedicated her career to delivering compassionate, evidence-based services that help children build essential skills and thrive in their everyday environments.
Elenita brings strong clinical experience in conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing parent training, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA candidates. She is deeply committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with families, believing that true progress happens when caregivers feel empowered, supported, and confident. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, she is passionate about ensuring families from diverse backgrounds feel understood and valued throughout their journey.
At the heart of her work is a genuine desire to make a difference, not only in the lives of the children she serves, but in strengthening the families who support them every day.
Outside of her professional life, Elenita enjoys spending time with her husband, their three sons, and their dog. Whether she’s balancing busy sports schedules or exploring new restaurants, she embraces the joy of family life while continuing to pursue excellence in her field.
Behavior Analyst
Eric graduated with his Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Rutgers University in 2022. He has over four years of hands-on experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with a strong clinical interest in early intervention services. Eric joined the Saffron Therapy team in 2023 as a Behavior Technician and transitioned into the role of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2025.
Eric consistently demonstrates the ability to creatively and clinically adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client. As a BCBA, he designs and implements individualized treatment programs with goals and targets tailored specifically to each client. He also supervises and trains behavior technicians and provides parent training to support skill development and generalization in the home environment.
As Eric continues to grow professionally within the field of ABA, he brings his expanding expertise, dedication, and client-centered approach to every family served at Saffron Therapy.
Behavior Analyst
Annette Conde is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst in New Jersey with over a decade of experience providing ethical, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, adolescents, and their families. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings a culturally responsive, family-centered approach to her clinical work.
Annette earned her master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and has worked across home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings, supporting individuals from early childhood through adolescence.
Throughout her career, Annette has held clinical leadership roles and has extensive experience conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, supervising and mentoring clinicians, providing parent training, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.Annette values collaboration, clear communication, and evidence-based practice, and is committed to supporting meaningful, lasting progress for each child and family. Outside of work, Annette enjoys hiking with her family, traveling, and trying new foods.
